The Lift: Microcurrent Facial in Reston & Tysons, Virginia
The Lift is $150 for forty-five minutes, the same price at the Reston studio and the Tysons studio. A low-level electrical current works the muscles of the face the way a workout does, lifting and toning to bring the contour back up. Nothing goes inside the mouth.
- You want lift and definition without a needle or an injectable.
- The line along your cheek and jaw has softened over the last few years.
- You want a visible change before an occasion, with nothing to hide afterwards.
Six weekly sessions to build the change, then monthly to hold it. Microcurrent is cumulative: one session on its own fades within a few days.
Ten minutes of history and a look at how your face sits at rest. Skin cleansed, a conductive gel applied, then the probes worked over the muscles of the cheek, jaw and brow, one side at a time. The current sits below the level you would feel as a shock; most people report a faint tingle or nothing at all. Both sides compared in the mirror at the end.
Water, and nothing you need to avoid. Makeup straight away if you want it. The lift reads clearest the same day and settles over the two that follow.

Buccal Release: Intraoral TMJ Massage in Reston & Tysons, Virginia
Buccal Release is $150 for forty-five minutes at either studio. This is the TMJ work: gloved release inside the cheek along the buccinator, masseter and medial pterygoid, external first, paired with drainage at the jaw, neck and clavicle. The muscle worked from both sides at once.
- You wake with a tight jaw or a dull ache at the temples.
- A dentist has told you that you clench or grind at night.
- Your bite feels uneven since braces, aligners or a retainer.
- Your face feels held and heavy by the end of the day.
Six to eight weekly sessions, then monthly to hold it. If you are in acute jaw pain, twice weekly for the first fortnight.
A fresh pair of nitrile gloves is opened in front of you and changed between sides. Hands washed before gloving. You are offered water and a rinse first, and again at the end. Nothing goes in your mouth that you have not seen unwrapped.
Water for the rest of the day, and soft food for the evening. The inside of your cheek may feel tender to the tongue overnight, and the jaw tender like after a workout for a day. Nothing acidic or very hot for a few hours, no hard chewing and no gum for 24 hours. Rebook at seven days.

The Contour Facial: Lymphatic Drainage in Reston & Tysons, Virginia
The Contour Facial is $125 for forty-five minutes, the least expensive treatment at Haus of Contour. Light, rhythmic, skin-level strokes following the nodes at the jawline, behind the ear and down to the clavicle. Pressure closer to a hand resting than a massage.
- Your face is puffier in the morning than at night.
- You are on a deadline and want a visible change in a day.
- You want the jaw work without anything inside the mouth.
Weekly for six weeks if you are chasing a change, or single sessions two days before something that matters.
Clavicle and neck opened first, then the face in sequence. Nothing works if the drain is closed. No oil, no machine, no extractions. You stay covered from the shoulders down.
Water, and expect the bathroom more than usual for a few hours. Skip alcohol and salt that evening if you want the result to hold.

Full Body Contour is $175 for sixty minutes. Full-body manual drainage working the nodes at the clavicle, axilla and groin, then the abdomen and limbs in sequence. Hands only. No wraps, no machines.
- Your rings and shoes are tighter by the evening.
- You sit or fly for long stretches and your legs feel heavy.
- You are between cycles of training and holding fluid.
Six to eight weekly sessions, then monthly. Fluid returns if the sessions stop; that is the honest version.
You undress to your comfort and stay draped throughout; only the area being worked is uncovered. Nodes opened first, then abdomen, legs and arms. Very light pressure. People are often surprised how little there is.
A litre of water over the next few hours, and a walk rather than a hard workout. Compression if you already wear it. Rebook at seven days.
